5x1 at 80% of 1RM split jerk.

B. Push Press:

3 max sets at 60-70% of weight used for part A.

*no more than three sets.

C. 3 Rounds:

Shuttle run 4x20m

10 wallballs for height

* Focus on being explosive on wallballs.
