CLASS RESERVATIONS: Must Sign-Up for all classes prior to attending
ADD-ONS: You can not add a membership to your account online. We have a strong sense of community here at EaDo and knowing our athletes old and new is important to us. Therefore you must signup for a membership via email firstname.lastname@example.org or in person.
CANCELLATION POLICY: We have a 30 day cancellation policy, please email email@example.com to request cancellations.
MEDICAL CONCERNS: We cannot offer you medical advice, and we would advise you consult your physician before starting this (or any other exercise program). With that being said, many athletes have successfully used Crossfit as a form of rehabilitation for new or existing injuries. As the emphasis of Crossfit is on functional fitness, doing movements that we do on an everyday basis (standing, sitting, jumping, lifting etc...), we believe long-term health resides in perfecting these movements we use day in and day out.
