A. Conventional Deadlifts:

Work up to a heavy  set of 2 going up 15 pounds from last 5x3

*Do not do more than 5 sets. 

B. Power Clean:


*Go 5 pounds higher than last time

C. Stiff Legged Deadlift: 

3x10 at 40% of weight used in part A.

*Do not fully lock out your knees. You should have a slight bend to them.
