A. Low Bar Back Squat:

5x2

*Working up to 20 pounds more from last 5x3

 

B. Front Squat: 

3x5, approximately 50% weight used in part A.

*3 seconds temp on the way down, 3 second pause at the bottom, 1 count on the way up, no pause at the top.

(Focus on being explosive when driving up from the ground)

 

C. Barbell Bulgarian Split Squats:

5x10 

*Unloaded bar
