Front Squat:

5 sets of 3 tempo squats @65% 

 

Gymnastics Skill Work: 

15 minutes practice free standing handstand hold 

15 minutes practice free standing handstand pushups 

15 minutes practice back uprise on rings 

 

Optional Conditioning: 

20 minute airdyne or row @50-60% pace of your 500m time or 1 min max calorie pace
