About CrossFit:

  • CrossFit is workouts that consist of constantly varied, functional movements, executed at a high intensity, all the while keeping the environment fun and friendly. At EaDo Fitness, CrossFit means community. It also means getting into AMAZING shape. Our workouts are scalable to every type of athlete, from the beginner to the veteran.

  • No, CrossFit is for everyone, regardless of one's level of fitness. Our members range from professional CrossFit Game athletes to members who before joining our gym, have never been athletic in their entire life.

  • Yes, you have nothing to worry about. A lot of people who have come before you, also came "really out of shape", and now are in the best shape of their lives.

  • Yes. Even if you have never weight trained before, CrossFit is a great to start with. Our amazing coaches will help educate you on proper form and technique and give you a starting point that works for you.

  • By no means is Crossfit too intense for you. The beauty of Crossfit is that everything is scalable. At Crossfit Eado, we provide the environment and training for you to do as intense of a workout as you want to in order to meet your goals.

  • Although many athletes have successfully used CrossFit as a form of rehabilitation for new or existing injuries, please consult with your Physician before performing these workouts.

  • CrossFit focuses more on functional compound movements done at high intensity that challenge all parts of the body, whereas a regular gym is full of machines that focus on isolation movements on certain parts of the body per day.

  • Yes, CrossFit is an excellent way to lose weight. The high intensity exercises that are performed will be able to burn fat quickly, build muscle, and greatly increase your endurance.

  • When first starting, you should try to do 3 classes per week, eventually increasing that to 5 days per week once you feel stronger and your body adjusts to the workouts.

  • Most beginners will be able to see results such as muscle gains or weight lose within the first 2 months of consistent training.

  • Yes, CrossFit is completely safe when practiced in a safe and knowledgeable environment. As long as you properly warm up and execute the exercises properly within your limitations, it isn't any more dangerous than other training regimens.

About EaDo Fitness:

  • Yes, we offer a free trial class for you to come meet the coaches and members as well as get a quick summary of the concept behind CrossFit and the exercises by doing with with body weight only.

  • Our free trial classes are Mondays at 7:00PM, Thursdays at 6:30PM, and Saturdays at 10:00AM. Go to our website to sign up for the class.

  • No, just bring yourself and an enthusiastic attitude and be ready to have fun. All you need is to come with comfortable workout attire (t-shirt, shorts/sweats, and sneakers). Everything else we will facilitate.

  • No. At CrossFit EaDo, we require all athletes new to CrossFit to go through the CrossFit 101 course. This ensures that in the regular WOD classes, everyone is on the same page and has the correct foundation.

  • Our CrossFit workouts are typically an hour long. If you need something quicker, we offer our QuickFit class which only lasts around 30 minutes.

  • Item descriptionEaDo Fitness offers our 30 minute QuickFit class, Yoga, as well as different bootcamps and 6-week challenge courses.

  • Yes, if you have been crossfitting for over six months, you can test out of our CrossFit 101 course.  Please contact us info@crossfiteado.com to schedule a test out.
