BOOTCAMP INFO

Here at CrossFit EaDo we believe in fitness.  To be more specific, fitness for everyone, fitness that develops friendships, community, strength and self confidence.  Our Bootcamp class is designed for everyone, it's universally scalable (which means anyone can do it) and tons of FUN!

Make no mistake, you will challenge yourself.  If your goal is to lean out and get toned then this is the right class for you!  No need to be intimidated, we are experienced in working with any and all fitness levels.

The most important thing here is community. When you become a part of something bigger than yourself, you are much more likely to stay on track to accomplish your goals.

Prerequisites

Must complete our New You Challenge Course or Private Fundamentals Course, to participate.
