Beginner 6 Week Challenge

WHAT: This Challenge is designed to put you on the path to a leaner, happier and more confident YOU.  In this course you will be led by our staff of enthusiastic and knowledgeable Coaches all the while being in fun,upbeat atmosphere.  They will teach you the correct form and technique of several movements found in a typical CrossFit class, emphasizing proper mechanics for a safe and efficient workout.  Included in this Course are FREE Yoga classes and a FREE nutritional seminar. You will meet supportive/like minded friends and learn valuable tools to keep you fit for life.

WHO: Co-Ed 

PROGRAM STARTS: January 8th, 2018.

DURATION: 6 Weeks (3 Days Per Week CrossFit + 1 Day Mobility)

EXPERIENCE: No experience required!  We will teach you several CrossFit movements, Nutrition and Mobility.

CLASS DAYS/ TIMES: Monday, Tuesday and Thursday at 6am and 7pm class times (Fitness) Mobility day Wednesday at 7pm and Saturday at 10am

Masters (50+) 6 Week Program

WHAT: This program is designed to put you on the path to a healthier, happier and stronger YOU. The best thing about this course is that it proves you can do CrossFit at any age, ability or fitness. We work with you on fundamental movements that you use in your every day life and help you to build muscle and keep mobile in a safe, un-pressured environment. You will be led by our staff of enthusiastic and knowledgeable Coaches while being in a fun,upbeat atmosphere.  

DURATION: 6 Weeks (3 Days Per Week CrossFit + Minimum 1 Day Mobility)

EXPERIENCE: No experience required! 

SCHEDULE:  Monday, Tuesday, Thursday at 6pm and Saturday at 8am

INVESTMENT: $199/ month

WHO: CoEd

PRE- REQUISITE: None!

6.2  4-Week challenge / Part 2

WHAT: Part 2 of this series is another step along your fitness journey.  The hardest thing about accomplishing your goals is consistency and accountability.  In this section we help you with both of those through Goal coaching, Weigh-Ins, Measurements and most importantly One on One Check-Ins  Types of activity include cardiovascular conditioning, gymnastics, Mobility, and Olympic weightlifting. This course is designed to help you transition into a mixture of classes found at EaDo Fitness. Classes will be integrated with other athletes at the gym. Once again, you will meet supportive/like minded friends and learn valuable tools to keep you fit for life.

WHEN:  MON, TUE & THUR  6:00am, 10am or 7pm with 6.2 Coach -WED, FRI & SAT your choice of Classes.

DURATION: 4 weeks

EXPERIENCE: Complete 6-Week Program, Fundamentals 101 or 6 months Crossfit experience
