WHAT: This Challenge is designed to put you on the path to a leaner, happier and more confident YOU.  In this course you will be led by our staff of enthusiastic and knowledgeable Coaches all the while being in fun, upbeat atmosphere.  They will teach you the correct form and technique of several movements found in a typical CrossFit class, emphasizing proper mechanics for a safe and efficient workout. You will meet supportive/like minded friends and learn valuable tools to keep you fit for life.

PROGRAM STARTS: WHEN YOU SIGN UP!

DURATION: 90 DAYS

EXPERIENCE: No experience required!  We will teach you how to move correctly as well as improve your nutrition and mobility!

CLASS DAYS/ TIMES: 1:1 Personal Training Session (time TBC) Monday- Thursday (5:30am, 12noon, 5:30pm, 7pm) and Saturday (10am) 30 min bootcamps. (See schedule here)
